The elite monsters appear every 5 levels.If you defeat an elite monster you can skip the next 4 levels to fight the next elite monster and still receive the rewards for defeating the infected at each level that was skipped. You can progress through the levels by defeating the infected that was summoned.The higher the level of the infected you summon, the more challenging the infected will be to defeat and the greater the rewards. It has multiple levels to progress through, and each level has different troop statistics. In the colosseum, alliance members can summon an infected target.The amount awarded varies on solo and alliance ranking. Some of these rewards include 1 minute, 5 minute and 1 hour troop speed ups.
